Carbohydrates
Facilitates the repair and building of body cells and tissues, promoting growth.
Consists of protein-rich foods such as poultry, meat and meat products, eggs, dairy products, fish, shrimp, crabs, mung beans, beans, gelatin, soy, peanuts, and cereals like rice and corn.
GROW
Regulates and protects the body by offering minerals and vitamins.
Mineral-rich foods include spinach, lettuce, bok choy, seaweeds, mung bean sprouts, soybeans, onions, banana, apple, orange, corn, and green peas.
Vitamin-rich foods encompass green leafy vegetables, yellow fruits and vegetables, prunes, mung bean sprouts, peanuts, cashews, soybeans, pepper leaves, water spinach (kangkong), moringa (malunggay), citrus fruits, and guava.
