They are smaller but the back teeth are longer medial distally than adult teeth

Lower have 5 cusps instead of 4
Lower is oblong and upper is rhombus
Lower has 2 roots and upper has 3 roots
How can you tell if an upper 2nd molar is left or right?
An oblique ridge runs mesial palatally to mesial distally
