Upon Discovery of missing equipment, personnel shall

reference the station Missing/Defective equipment board to visually check if the equipment has already been listed and if so ensure all steps have been followed

If no entry has been made on the station missing/defective board, they shall

• contact all stations to have a visual search completed for missing equipment
• if located equipment shall be forwarded to the correct station

If visual search unsuccessful

-the person shall return to location( if appliciable) where the equipment may have been left

If equipment cannot be covered by search the Captain will

• first call communications
• communications white board will be updated
• missing communications equipment form shall be completed by Captain
• shall be added to station missing equipment board

• personnel shall complete the communications defective equipment for
• form shall be printed and attached to the equipment and sent to the communications division
• all equipment must be forwarded with form
