Driver- As really as possible during the shift the driver is to ensure the
Daily inspection report- part A is complete

Driver- each Sunday the driver shall ensure
the weekly apparatus inspection report is complete

Driver- on the 1rst day of each month the driver shall ensure the
Monthly apparatus inspection report is complete and forwarded to the apparatus captain

Driver- When noting major or minor defects/missing equipment the driver shall (5)
- report the problem to the apparatus Captain
- record it in the daily inspection report part A
- record the information on the station white board-
- properly tag the equipment to be sent for repair
- relay information to the next shift coming onduty
- missing and or defectives to be filled/reported and upload onto sharepoint under firefighting defectives

Driver- at the end of a calendar year all
hard copies of the daily, weekly and monthly apparatus inspection reports are forwarded to A and M

Crew Duties- As early as possible in a shift
shall ensure their section (part b) of the daily inspection report is complete

Crew Duties- when noting a defects/missing equipment personnel shall (6)
- report the problem to apparatus captain =
- report the problem to the driver
- Record the information on the station white board
- relay information to the next shift coming on-duty

DC and Division of apparatus and maintenance immediately
