b) once command has been established and has been committed to an emergency operation
c) when the status of apparatus returning to station is “out of service”
d) when apparatus are taken “out of service” for department business (training, mechanical)
e) when numerous incoming calls are received reporting a serious emergency
f) Once the crew arrives scene and advises “patient VSA, starting defib protocol”
