MVC-Non resident- If FIre and emergency service attends at the scene of a motor vehicle collision or Motor vehicle fire, on any property within the COB and provides firefighting or other emergency service, and if owner of the motor vehicle is a non- resident, the corporation shall charge the fee stipulated in this fee schedule to any one or more of the following

the expenses incurred by fire and emergency services for cleaning and decontamination or replacement of equipment, as applicable, and shall be recovered as a fee stipulated in this schedule

Non- emergency Elevator Incident Response- If BFES attends a property in response to a stalled elevator and determines that the,
confined individuals do not have Urgent medical needs and is not in immediate danger as a result of the elevator being inoperative, the Property owner shall be charged the fee stipulated with this schedule

Reports and searchesâ for all fire related file searches and fire report requests
the requester shall be charged the fee as stipulated in this schedule

Rentals- All rentals are subject to availability as well as pre-approval by BFES, usage restrictions and limitations apply,
liability waivers are required

Rentals- for the rental of Fire trucks; (1) one hour shall be
added to all vehicle rentals, in addition to the duration requested, to allow for setup and travel

three hour rental

Burn building (live fire) rentalâ a mandatory requirement for the rental of this facility is to have a qualified
NFPA 1403 instructor present for the full duration of the rental, one may be provided by the renter, subject to approval

Fire apparatus standbyâ For the provision of a standby crew and fire apparatus, other than an emergency response, for a private company, community group, developer, industry or government, standby locations must
be within bramptonâs Jurisdiction

Additional to Tax Rollâ If a property owner who is charged a fee under this by law fails to pay the fee within ninety days of the invoice date, the corporation may add the fee,including interest
to the tax roll for any real property in the city of brampton, registered in the name of the owner and collect the fee, including interest in the manner as municipal taxes
