What is this a presentation of?
Female, short stature, low hairline, high arched palate, neck webbing, widely spaced nipples, wide carrying angle, aortic stenosis/coarctation.

How is Turner’s syndrome diagnosed?
A
- Presents with short stature/delayed puberty
- Primary amenorrhoea
- Karyotype - when suspicious or in females with aortic problems
- Abdominal USS - streak ovaries and small uterus
- Echo - aortic disease
- Hypergonadotropic hypogonadism

What is the management for Turner’s syndrome?
A
- Regular growth monitoring
- Echo screening
- Growth hormone during childhood
- Cyclical oestrogen to achieve puberty and bone mineral density

What are the complications of Turner’s syndrome?
A
- Increased risk of death - aortic dissection
- HTN, CVD
- Majority are infertile, can still conceive through IVF and donor eggs
