A
  1. First 3 months in formula fed infants

2. Non-IgE mediated (caused by T-cells) - delayed reactions (urticaria and angioedema)

A
  1. Improves with elimination of cow’s milk for 2-6 weeks then reintroduction confirms diagnosis.
  2. . Skin prick/specific IgE if suspecting IgE mediated.
