A
- Low IGF-1
- TFTs to exclude hypothyroidism
- Gold standard - poor response to ITT/arginine-GHRH stimulation
- X-ray wrist for delayed skeletal age
- MRI brain to rule our tumour
- Screen for other pituitary hormones deficit
