What is this a presentation of?
Anorexia, slight vomiting, absence of cough, absence of polyuria. Central abdominal pain radiating to right lower quadrant. Tenderness and guarding. Fever, slight increase in pulse, peritonitis in perforation.

- Clinical
- Raised WCC and CRP
- USS may show inflamed appendix
