Inflammatory disease of the skin caused by an autoimmune process that stimulates overproduction of skin cells.

What is this a presentation of?
Can happen in teens, persists into adulthood. Pink or red, slightly raised, well circumscribed plaques with a classic silvery scale on top.

A
Symmetrical, extensor surface of knees and elbows, lower back and scalp.
