Transplacental, at delivery, breastfeeding.

- HAART throughout pregnancy
- If PROM and >34/40 - deliver no matter the viral load
- vaginal delivery only if viral load under 50
- avoid breastfeeding in all

Test infant at birth, 3 and 6 months HIV viral PCR, p24 antigen, specific IgA.
