Congenital anomaly of the larynx, newborn, collapse and in drawing of supraglottic airway during inspiration, commonest cause of chronic stridor in infants.

What is this a presentation of?
Inspirational stridor worse when baby is upset/URTI/during sleep, usually well and afebrile, happy and thriving, ‘omega’ shaped epiglottis at laryngoscopy.

What is the management of laryngomalacia?
A
No treatment in majority, self-corrects.
