green - safe condition
yellow - CSF not fully met (op act maybe)
magenta - CSF under severe challange (op act nec)
red - CSF in jeopardy (op act immediate)
cyan - unknown path due to invalid data
Briefly describe what the following colors represent for SPDS (parameters)

white - manually inserted point, rate of change hi
green - point good
yellow - point above/ below warning, or defeated
orange - point questionable for maintenance
red - point above/ below limit
magenta - bad quality
cyan (blue) - uncertain quality (missing data)
dark blue - uncertain quality (inserted data)
