What are the treaments for ischemic (stroke)?
A
- Injections of medication called alteplase, which dissolves blood clots and restore blood flow in the brain
- Thrombectomy: removes blood clots and restore blood flows to brain
- Aspirin: Reducing blood clots
- Anticoagulant: helps reduce their risk of developing further blood clots in future
- Satins: Reduce cholesterol

What is the treatment for hemorrhagic?
A
- Emergancy surgery may be eneded to remove any blood form the brain and repair burst blood vessels
- Feeding tube inserted into stomach through nose to provide nutrition if difficuty swallowing
- Fluids give directly into veins in risk of dehydration
- Oxygen through a nasal tube or face
