What is intentional abuse? Give an example.
A
Deliberate harm towards others. E.g. A child care worker neglecting child by not ensuring they eat or are in warm clothes

A
Accidentally causing harm towards others. E.g. An anxious dementia patient visiting GP, shouting at staff.
