A
- Individuals may be harmed if environmental hazards have not been identified. E.g. Attending their local appointment and entrance stairs are not repaired
- Chemical hazards can cause harm. E.g. Not storing medicines can lead to children swallowing it

- Bio and psych hazards can cause long-term, life-threatening illnesses. E.g. Body fluid spillages needs to be cleaned quickly, otherwise can lead to infections
- Psych such as stress/tiredness can impacct everyone. E.g. employees are more likely to make mistakes
