  • Enables care workers to provide safe and high quality care and support

A
  • They carry out inspections rating child care settings and schools from ‘outstanding’ to ‘inadequate’, reports identity good practice and what needs improving
  • Aspects inspected includes
    -Effectiveness of leadership and management

    -Personal development, behaviour and welfare (safeguarding)
    -Outcomes for children and learners
