  • Personal hygiene - clean uniform, hair tied back, clean fingernails
  • Workers are industry current
  • When preparing food a standard recipe card is followed
  • When handling hazardous substances an SDS is consulted
  • Workers that require occupational licensing (RSA) are current and up to date with training
  • Staff work within their level of authority; accurate reporting
  • Customer service is positive and being constantly improved through PACKETS → food production clean cutlery
  • If accidents occur an incident report form is completed
  • Staff are trained in new equipment in order to adhere to current trends (eg wait staff being trained in how to use Ipad ordering system)
  • Treating all staff equally, and even distribution of job roles
