- Personal hygiene - clean uniform, hair tied back, clean fingernails
- Workers are industry current
- When preparing food a standard recipe card is followed
- When handling hazardous substances an SDS is consulted
- Workers that require occupational licensing (RSA) are current and up to date with training
- Staff work within their level of authority; accurate reporting
- Customer service is positive and being constantly improved through PACKETS → food production clean cutlery
- If accidents occur an incident report form is completed
- Staff are trained in new equipment in order to adhere to current trends (eg wait staff being trained in how to use Ipad ordering system)
- Treating all staff equally, and even distribution of job roles
