Eg letting an individual who need to pray regularly take break → recognising their religion

Is creating a welcoming environment, interacting with all members of the community without regard to individual characteristics.

- Portrays the actions in regard to being inclusive. EG: catering or adjusting for individuals needs whilst recognising them

Eg having cultural staff lunches to make all individuals feel valued and recognised throughout the workplace
