  • Ensures that all labelling of food is upheld to the appropriate standard
  • Outlines the appropriate cleaning and sanitising measurements which must be followed
  • Sets out the safety practices which must be adhered to throughout the food production cycle
  • Sets the standard of knowledge, skills, health and hygiene required by food handlers
