A
- Ensures that the standard of food additives are adhered to
- Ensures that all labelling of food is upheld to the appropriate standard
- Outlines the appropriate cleaning and sanitising measurements which must be followed
- Sets out the safety practices which must be adhered to throughout the food production cycle
- Sets the standard of knowledge, skills, health and hygiene required by food handlers
- Food safety programs → eg effective record keeping

- Following a clear and effective cleaning schedule
- Training all staff how to effectively clean and sanitise kitchen environment in accordance to cleaning schedule
- Checking all food upon delivery that they are correctly labelled with additives, use by dates, best before dates
- Only accepting food which is in the condition desired and with the correct labelling standards
- Training staff effectively to ensure they have an understanding of the law
- Training staff how to correctly label food made within the establishment
