CASH
A
- Cash should only be handled carefully and by as few people as possible
- Cash registers should be balanced regularly with minimal amounts of cash kept on premises

DOCUMENTS AND RECORD
A
- Including staff, business and customer information/records should be kept in a password protected computer system or lacked a paper filing cabinet
- Only authorised people should have access to this information and confidentiality should be a priority

EQUIPMENT
A
- Types of quantities or equipment should be recorded in a database and all instructional information should be filed and within easy access
- Staff should sign equipment in and out as a means of accurate record keeping
- All equipment should have serial numbers engraved on it so it is easily identified if stolen

- Ensuring all confidential and important documents and others are locked away with keys or access passes
