  • Having a de identification process → removing names, age, culture → eg when going for a promotion
  • Embedding policies and procedures into the code of conduct
  • Regularly consulting and communicating to employees
  • Training staff to be culturally aware
  • Employing people form a range of cultural backgrounds → make a culturally aware and sensitive workplace
