Inhibits reuptake of dopamine and noradrenaline

When is bupropion contraindicated?
A
Epilepsy because it decreases the seizure threshold by increasing availability of dopamine and NA
Eating disorder
Alcohol withdrawal with using benzodiazepine

How does varenicline work?
A
Partial nicotine receptor agonist, contraindicated in pregnancy and end stage renal disease
