-> bone marrow biopsies are rarely carried out as flow cytometry can confirm diagnosis alone

Warm autoimmune haemolytic anaemia

How does CLL present?
A
Non-tender symmetrical lymphadenopathy
Hepatosplenomegaly
B symptoms – weight loss, night sweats and fever
Marrow failure is much less common
