Series of complications of E. Coli 0157 infection which normally develops within 2 weeks of the infection however the diarrhoea may have stopped at this point

A
85% of people who develop this complication are under 16 y/o

A
Bloody diarrhoea Abdominal pain Fever Pallor Petechiae Oliguria

How is it diagnosed?
A
Test stool culture of bloody diarrhoea
FBC
Urine dipstick
U&E (kidney function test)
