Recent alcohol XS required FBC Bilirubin >80micromil/L LFTs: elevated AST/ALT/GGT particularly Hepatomegaly, fever, leukocytosis, hepatic bruit US CT/MRI

Alcohol related fatty liver (reversible)
Alcohol hepatitis (usually reversible if mild)
Cirrhosis (Irreversible)
