Initieel Conservatief (pijnbestrijding, reanimatie (IZ), IV voeding,…)

Bij perforatie:
o Totale oesophago(gastrec)tomie (stripping slokdarm)
o Oesophagostomie in de hals –> voedingsjejunostomie
o Reconstructie in een 2de tijd (maag of colon interpositie)

Laattijdige complicaties (Stricturen, stenoses, ontaarding )
o	Heelkunde (totale oesophagectomie + interpositie maag of colon)
