Question 3

DAS and DAE fan operation during LOP.

Answer 3

DAS and DAE fans will lose power during a LOP. However, during a LOP, both DAPRS (Diesel Area Panel Room Supply) fans (408), all switchgear room coolers (401), and all DG room recirc fans (412) will be sequenced on.

1E battery exhaust fan and heater operation.

Answer 4

All of the 1E battery exhaust fans and heaters are 1E powered. They are not sequenced on by the sequencer individually, but will restart when power is returned to their bus (no U/V trip).
