o Venous dilation (varicose vein) in the teat of origin of the vascular ring

- Medical immobilisation: xylazine hydrochloride 0.1mg/kg IV, 0.2 mg/kg IM butorphanol (0.05 mg/kg) IM
- Legs and head secure
- LA 2% lidocaine ring block 22G 1”

o Lidocaine into the teat cistern

- No first strip milking
- Avoid over milking
- Post milking teat dip
- Nonabsorbable suture removal 10 days
