Pickled veg (반찬)

A

장아찌

무, 오이, 마늘, 마늘쫑, 깻잎 등의 채소를 소금이나 간장, 된장, 고추장에 절여 숙성시킨 음식이다. 오래 저장해두고 사시사철 먹는 반찬이다.

Radish, cucumber, garlic, garlic stems, perilla leaves and other vegetables pickled and aged in soy sauce, soy bean paste, or red chili paste. Preserved and enjoyed throughout the year.
