By working from home, employees do not have to spend any money travelling to and from work. Employees can also work at times that are more suitable and with fewer interruptions. The main drawback is the sense of isolation felt by the employee and the lack of social contact with workmates, you can also be easily distracted.

A person who is teleworking will use ICT such as a mobile phone/smartphone, laptop and tablet.

The employees will work away from the office which will give them flexibility. Also people such as executives or salespeople who are constantly on the move could also be teleworkers.
