Informal Meetings are frequently held in business and can range from two members of staff talking at coffee break about a topic related to their work, to the weekly meeting of a Sales Team to discuss sales figures.

How are Informal Meetings different to Formal Meetings?
A
They take place without any specified procedures or rules. A leader often leads the meeting rather than a Chairperson and notes of the meeting may not be required.
