A 55 year old woman comes to see her doctor complaining of discomfort and swelling on the right side of her abdomen. Physical examination was performed and a mass was detected. A 32 year-old female reports to the hospital for her annual well-woman checkup, where she complains of slight pain around her left pelvic region. She denies any other symptoms. Vitals are WNL and PMHx is unremarkable. LMP was 1 week ago and unremarkable. A pelvic USR and XR are ordered, which reveal small cysts on the surface of her left ovary compressing surrounding tissue. What are these cysts most likely to originate from? (MG)
