Ans. AD PKD- berry aneurysms are related to AD PKD
B. Syphilis infection- usually effect the vaso vasorum and then the thoracic aorta
C. Strep infection- can affect the cerebral vessels but the “other wise healthy portion” would have elimated this since strep infections usually show sign of strep throat and fever
D. Marfans- Fibrillin-1 defect associated with aortic dissection and valve lesions
E. Artherosclerotic build up- causing an anerurysim would be more likely in older people and usually happens in the AAA.
