Ans. E Lithium- the patient has Nephrogenic DI ( vasopressin didn’t get urine osmo over 600) which can be causes by Lithium use
A. Steroid abuse- can result in decrease in testosterone production
B. Pituitary stalk lesion- would cause Central DI
C. Oral contraceptive- can cause hyperprolactinemia
D. Pneumonia infection- SIADH can be a complication after Pneumonia infection.
