- No spermatic cord
- Replaced by round ligament of uterus which is derived from fetal gubernaculum and ends below by getting attached to labium majus superficial fascia
- As it passes Inguinal canal, round ligament of uterus gets coverings corresponding to those of spermatic cord but thin and adherent to it
