- May be followed by urine extravasation in superficial perineal pouch reaching scrotum and penis
- Urine is collected into abdomen lower part (between Scarpa’s fascia and muscles) may rise up to umbilicus level
- Urine doesn’t reach lower limb because Scarpa’s fascia is attached to thigh fascia lata
