Rupture of bublar urethra in male

A
  1. May be followed by urine extravasation in superficial perineal pouch reaching scrotum and penis
  2. Urine is collected into abdomen lower part (between Scarpa’s fascia and muscles) may rise up to umbilicus level
  3. Urine doesn’t reach lower limb because Scarpa’s fascia is attached to thigh fascia lata
