Scarpa’s fascia
A
- Membranous layer which is loosely connected by areolar tissue to external abdominal oblique aponeurosis
- In midline, it is adherent to linea alba and symphysis pubis

Thickening
A
- Thickened and prolonged on penis Dorsum forming fundiform ligament
- It extends to surround both corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum of penis separating superficial and deep dorsal veins of penis

Colle’s fascia
A
Scarpa’s fascia descends into scrotum and perineum forming Colle’s fascia which is attached to perineal membrane posterior border forming superficial perineal pouch which contains bulbar urethra

Lateral Scarpa’s fascia
A
Descends into thigh to fuse with fascia lata about a finger breadth below Inguinal ligament (at horizontal line starting from pubic tubercle and running lateral)
