  1. Membranous layer which is loosely connected by areolar tissue to external abdominal oblique aponeurosis
  2. In midline, it is adherent to linea alba and symphysis pubis

  1. Thickened and prolonged on penis Dorsum forming fundiform ligament
  2. It extends to surround both corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum of penis separating superficial and deep dorsal veins of penis

Colle’s fascia

A

Scarpa’s fascia descends into scrotum and perineum forming Colle’s fascia which is attached to perineal membrane posterior border forming superficial perineal pouch which contains bulbar urethra

Lateral Scarpa’s fascia

A

Descends into thigh to fuse with fascia lata about a finger breadth below Inguinal ligament (at horizontal line starting from pubic tubercle and running lateral)
