Compulsive Behaviour
If You do sth compulsively, You can’t really control it.
It’s a feature of being addicted to sth.You feel You have to do it again & again.
I think everybody’s had that experience of compulsively checking their phone if You’re waiting for a text … .

to Keep in Touch with
Keep in touch with people, which means contacting them, communication with them & also encouraging us to do that communication in person.
… which is to keep in touch with people but then put it away & go see some of these people in person or give them a phone call.
Do sth in Person
If You do sth in person then You physically do it, you don’t do it online or through your smartphone.

Not that long really, only 18 to 19 hours.
I mean in a day not in a week.

Addicted to sth
If You’re addicted to sth, You have a physical or mental need to keep on doing it.You can’t stop doing it.
According to recent survey, half of teenagers in the USA feel like they are addicted to their mobile phones.
Oh, dear!
Phubber
A phubber, someone who ignores other people because you’d rather look @ your phone all the time.
So, we could call you a phubber … .
FOMO
FOMO, an acronym tha means Fear Of Missing Out,
Sth cool or interesting might be happening somewhere & I want to be sure to catch with it.
I should tell you that I suffer from FOMO.
