We’re talking about buying clothes & only wearing them a few times before buying more clothes! This is knowns as fast fashion, it’s popular, it might make us feel good, but it’s not good for the environment. Which is why lots of people are pledging to buy no new clothes.
I am wearing the same shirt, I bought seven years ago. You’re certainly not a fashion victim.

What is driving our desire to keep buying more clothes?
Clothes in developed worlds @ least have become cheaper becasue they are produced in developing countries. These are countries which are trying to become more advanced economically & socially.
Production is outsourced.

There is a bit of a backlash now … .
Some people are now promising to buy second hand clothes - vintage clothes-, or make do with clothes they have & mend the ones they need.
