A tonic is sth that makes you feel happier & healthier.
Tonic can be a fizzy drink you mix with an alcoholic drink.

What do you do to cheer yourself up? Having a walk usually helps especially of it’s in the countryside. Being in all green open spaces can certainly help us relax & de-stress. Getting back to nature can be a tonic when you’re feeling down.
I’ll drink to that!

How ecotherapy can help?
It’s not a panacea, it’s not going to erase pain or grief. Traditionally therapy has stopped @ the urban boundary. Ecotherapy can take on many forms- doing art in the forest or running on the beach are all therapeutic.
