NB: être chargé de=s’occuper de = en charge for in charge, deal with, look after.
Sometimes can use être responable and gérer and prendre soin too - think about where manage/am responsable/take care of for works in english.
Charger also has second meaning: laden

NB: for a situation, déranger or perturber works for disturb. For a person, déranger when bothering them, but perturber (or the others) when mean unsettle/upset.
NB: think the I would've liked' is more common than I wish’, but still needs subjunctive
