  1. Ischemia = dec O2 = Damage myocardium = myocardium cannot function properly
  2. HTN= CONCENTRIC left ventricular hypertrophy = cannot oxygenated = ischemic damage
  3. Dialted cardiomyopathy = 4 chamber dilation = cannot contract strecth muscle
  4. MI
  5. Restrictive cardiomyopathy = Cannot fill heart properly
