- caused by HPV infection

Classifying cutaneous warts
A
- common warts (firm papules, often on hands)
- flat warts (small, smooth, flat, often on face, hands, shins)
- filiform warts (thread-like, on face - lips and eyelids)
- plantar warts (soles feet, flat with central black specks)
- mosaic warts (plantar warts coalesce to form large plaque)
- anogenital warts (smooth papules to cauliflower-like masses)

- podophyllotoxin (anogenital)
