Classifying cutaneous warts

A
  1. common warts (firm papules, often on hands)
  2. flat warts (small, smooth, flat, often on face, hands, shins)
  3. filiform warts (thread-like, on face - lips and eyelids)
  4. plantar warts (soles feet, flat with central black specks)
  5. mosaic warts (plantar warts coalesce to form large plaque)
  6. anogenital warts (smooth papules to cauliflower-like masses)
