means a document which evidences a multimodal transport contract the taking in charge of the goods by the multimodal transport operator, and an undertaking by him to deliver the goods in accordance with the terms of that contract.

the principal multimodal transport contract who provides different modes of cargo transport and services.
multimodal transport operator
a business entity that owns or controls products or service facilities outside the country where it is based.
multinational company/corporation
a warehouse operated by a multinational company holding office in the Philippines. It is licensed by the Board of Investments and by Customs to serve as a supply depot for the storage, deposit, and safekeeping of spare parts, manufactured components, and raw materials, including any packages, coverings, brands and labels, and warehouse equipment for use exclusively on the stored goods, which will be exported to Asia-Pacific markets.
