Bond
a warehouse authorized to manufacture raw materials into finished products, subject to filing of Customs bond and provided said products will be exported later
bonded manufacturing warehouse
a warehouse authorized to smelt or refine ores and crude metals upon filing of a Custom bond
bonded smelting warehouse
a warehouse operated by a registered export trading company, duly registered with the Board of Investments, and licensed by Customs to receive imported cargoes for storage and sale to an exporter (which operates a Customs bonded manufacturing warehouse), or for transfer to a duly accredited export producer.
bonded trading warehouse
a Customs procedure whereby importers of raw materials do not pay immediately duties and taxes, provided they are stored in a warehouse and manufactures into export products. The importers must have, however, file a bond with Customs.

a firm that engages in the business of providing surety or indemnity for others
bonding company
a person or firm who gives surety to another
bondsman
