  3. This is repeated for 3 cycles
  4. Following the 3rd cycle water is measured in a container. If there is more than 5 gallons the dewatering cycles must continue until less than 5 gallons is collected

A
  1. Duke must use vendor certified procedures for shipping and our own procedures for operating plant equipment
  2. Sealing of liners:
    A. Lid and Liner must have matching serial numbers
    B. Vent is checked to ensure vent holes are free of debris
    C. Threads are lubricated to aid in sealing the liner
    D. HIC closure tool is used to tighten the liner lid
    E. Liner must be capped within 3 days and shipped within 10 days of dewatering
  3. Shipping is arranged via a certified trucking company which uses pre-approved routes
  4. Must have verification that shipment will be accepted
