A

Differences in parents’ DNA could lead to offspring DNA and RNA differences. Converting to different proteins and physical traits.

How does phylogenetic trees work?

A

Time goes from left to right so those that appear left first are the oldest. Also, nodes/branches represent common ancestors.

Tree of life

A

The tree has two main branches.
Bacteria are prokaryotic microorganisms.
Archaea shares the other branch also prokaryotic but shares similarities with eukaryotes.
Eukaryotes branch off from archaea because they stemmed from there.
