Presentation;
Often ? pain over the first dorsal compartment when using the ?, and ?/ tenderness over the area.
Most common after unaccustomed ? activity (e.g. painting a fence), classically affecting ? ages, and ? women.

On examination;
o LOOK: often ?, may be swelling over the ? border.
o FEEL: again may be ?, or ? over the radial border.
o MOVE: active thumb ?/?, and active ulnar ? may be affected.
o TEST: ? ‘s test (thumbs across ?, ? deviation causes pain over the tunnel) positive.

Management;
o Conservative: most presentations respond well to ?, ? and ? with thumb ? for ? weeks. ? injections can also be used.
